Residential Roofing Installation Inspection
Once you have called us and set up an appointment we will come do the inspection. After the inspection, we will review all material options with you. This will include the types of materials. Metal or shingles it doesn’t matter we can provide either. In both, you will have several color options to choose from? You will need to decide if you want a conservative look or to have your roof stand out. You also have different types of shingles to choose from.
If you want to be conservative choose a color that ties in with the existing colors of your home. To stand out pick a color that contrasts with your home’s colors. If you are doing a metal roof and want a modern look to choose a natural metal. You can do stainless, galvanized, or even copper. All are sure to make an impression.
Residential Roofing Installation Quote
Once we have completed the inspection and the quote has been approved we will schedule the roof repair.

When the installation is complete we will do a final inspection with you. We will clean up the work site, remove all construction debris and review the warranty with you.

And, we will add any membrane required. We will install new shingles or metal as well as any ridge vents or drip edge.
